Destructive Chaos

I’d like to say "We had some downtime for Networked-Hosting today, but it’s fixed." but I can’t. The true story is we are still dealing with the downtime. We started the chaos 3 days ago, we’re still without our web sites. I have spoken with the datacentre reps and they said "You’ll have your server up within a day". But the ironic thing is, they said that yesterday too!

As for what happened to cause this event, they never actually told me. I’m still trying to get that from them now. There’s not much else I can tell you right now. When I know something new, you’ll know it too.

UPDATE!

Okay, so we’ve got the server ping! Electricity runs through it’s wires now! DNS is still chocking so you can’t go to your domain just yet. I’m hoping we’ll see it up before 24 hours passes. We’re all working hard to get the beast back up. Give it time. We’ll be back soon enough.
