My msngr bag!

Posted by Ian Gutjahr in Betas! on 10 19th, 2006
Today I received my very own messnger bag! I now have something to show to say I helped make Messenger what it is today! Defently something I’ll be keeping to show my kids someday when they’re using MSN to talk to they’re friends - but they won’t be calling MSN anymore, it’ll be WLM for them.. haha. I offically helped test the biggest online messaging network in the world!

Another great thing about being part of the beta was being able to show off the new software before anyone else even got to see it! "So I was talking on my MSN." "What verson do you have?" "8.0x" "WTF!!!!OMGZZZZZZZ U N00B! MSN 8 DUzNT EXiST!". HAHA But it does! I showed all of them! Muhahha.

Anyway, back to my baggage. On the Laptop bag, there is a little tag that says

Official Windows Live Messenger Computer Messenger Bag

THANK YOU!

Thanks for all your help in beta testing Windows Live Messenger. You helped us carry the load of releasing a successful product and we’d like to give you a Messenger Bag as a token of our appreciation. We hope you are as proud of Windows Live Messenger as we are.

Spread the good word!

Microsoft

I will never rip this tag off. It makes it official. Anyone will be able to buy a replica off the internet, but I got my own genuine gift! I’m so proud to be one of the select few that got to be an Official Beta Tester (Not invited).

I’ll post pictures of me and my bag soon!

Thanks soo much Microsoft!

Anyone Wanna Mac Out?

Posted by Ian Gutjahr in Destructive Chaos on 10 15th, 2006

If you viewed this for the reason I think you did… you’re sick! Comeon I try and keep this thing child friendly. You really think I would start talking about what I think you think I was thinking about!

I don’t wanna mac with you - but today Jaga and I did a lot of work into Destructive Chaos. Well, to tell the truth, I did nothing. Jaga did all the design work on the whole site, so I must give her some mad props. (I’ve always wanted to give someone props - maybe an clown nose or maybe some shoes?) The reason I gave this post such a weird and out of place title is because we designed it as a iMac! Yes, the computer. I just always have liked the look and feel of the Apple computer. Feel free to head on over to destructivechaos.com to check it out! Unless your already here, then you already know how awesomely amazing! Also, give a shoutout to Jaga at Windy-Designs.net

HAHA I used Jaga to much! Hopfully the search spiders will pick up on it more and increase traffic!

Talking about Teen’s business idea makes him rich - Send me some!

Posted by Ian Gutjahr in News and politics on 10 14th, 2006

Jared is one rich son of a monkey! He was 16 when he started this thing! Comeon! He’s a multimillion-air! If only I came up with that idea. Just a way to speed up bank transfers. But he’s smart and deserves it, to bad he doesn’t even have a deploma. Poor him. Although he’s not gonna need it!  Yo mom I’m dropping out…. to start a credit card company!

This is my dream - but not in a credit card company!

Great work Jared Isaacman!

Be my friend, you know you wanna!

Posted by Ian Gutjahr in Computers and Internet on 10 7th, 2006
I decided to add you all as my friends! If I missed anyone, just message me and I’ll add you, or you could add me and I’ll add you. Yes, that is confusing, your not alone! MSN Spaces is starting to become more and more like myspace.com. I personaly hate myspace.com because it’s not intergrated into Windows Live Messenger. If it was, I guess Microsoft would own it, am I right? I guess this is Microsofts punch in the face for myspace.com. Now all Mr. Gates has to do is release a CD and his own Record company then he’s all set! I’m sure he’ll rule the world someday. Mr. Gates’ life has already got me 2 A’s in school, so what the hell - let him be king.

Has anyone received their "Messenger surprise" yet? For thoughs of you who don’t know what the heck I’m talking about, Microsoft is sending out a special gift to all their Windows Live Messenger beta teasers! I received two (at least we know their human) from the team saying that the gift should arive by the end of October! Yes more free stuff! First my Ubuntu CDs and now this!

As for the web site problems, I have taken a major step toward fixing our servers. I won’t discuss it just yet. I want to wait to see when and if the server will come online again. I’m getting kind of sceptical myself.

Please tell me where my spelling mistakes are in this. I like everything neat and tidy (execpt my room of course!).
